Why I Built This

I spent years inside large organizations building and auditing compliance programs — as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Maersk Line, and through GRC and IT audit work that included Novant Health. These were programs with dedicated teams, real budgets, and full-time staff whose only job was proving the organization was compliant.

Independent dealerships face the exact same regulatory requirements — the FTC Safeguards Rule — without any of that infrastructure. I built Sterling Safeguard to close that gap: the same rigor I brought to enterprise compliance programs, made practical and affordable for businesses that don't have a compliance department.
